With the lack of diversity in cuisine options in the New Albany and
Louisville area which have many restaurants serving traditional American fare or common ethnic cuisines like Chinese, Italian or Mexican, leaving authentic African cuisine nearly impossible to find in this region, ADE FOOD therefore aims to fill this an unmet niche by introducing locals to the rich flavors and spicy ingredients of African food. In addition to this is a growing African immigrant population but no existing restaurants properly catering to their tastes. Ade Food provides an authentic taste of home for this group while also exposing adventurous foodies to an exciting new culinary experience of traditional African dishes from our native Nigeria.
