One Louisville is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization and the official economic development organization and regional chamber of commerce for the Louisville, Kentucky region. One Louisville was formed on March 1, 2026 through the merger of Greater Louisville Inc. and the Louisville Economic Development Alliance.

As the region’s largest convener of business leadership, One Louisville drives economic and global outreach strategies focused on business attraction. One Louisville's talent initiative, Live in Lou, promotes talent attraction by connecting job seekers to employers and showcasing Louisville as a desirable place to live, work, and play.

The voice of the Louisville Region’s business community, One Louisville advocates for a pro-business environment and facilitates businesses engagement on issues that impact regional competitiveness. One Louisville also works to connect businesses with opportunities to engage with tomorrow’s workforce and education initiatives through the Academies of Louisville partnership with JCPS.
