Agency Mission Statement or Description: “To Improve and sustain the quality of life in our communities by providing comprehensive behavioral health, addiction, primary care, and related services.” Our values are, “It is our privilege to serve, with the highest quality of care, in a professional and fiscally responsible manner.”

Year established: 1964

Counties/regions serviced: Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Jefferson, Scott and Washington Counties in Indiana

Focus areas: LifeSpring provides comprehensive primary care and behavioral health and addiction treatment services. We are a health safety net provider and see all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Impact in community: LifeSpring serves more than 8,000 people annually, working to provide evidence based healthcare. We work to ensure individuals receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place so their personal goals and health objectives can be met. We work to assist individuals and families in obtaining or maintaining stability.

Volunteer Opportunities: We are governed by an active Board of Directors and have an active fundraising arm, the LifeSpring Foundation of Indiana.
