Agency Mission Statement or Description: The BSA Mission Statement The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes, by instilling in them, the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Focus areas: Youth development from K-12 in a variety of exciting programs, including high-adventure coed opportunities and career exploration.

Impact in community: Countless community service hours ranging from food drives to flag retirement ceremonies and Eagle Scout projects that have assisted the community in outstanding ways. Scouts always look to give back in the community and help others in need.
