(May 23, 2017) – First Harrison Bank celebrated the grand opening of its newest location at 7735 Highway 62, Jeffersonville, Ind., with a ribbon cutting hosted by One Southern Indiana (1si). The event was attended by 1si CEO and President, Wendy Dant Chesser, 1si Ambassadors, and staff and the public.
“On May 4, 2017, we opened our newest branch on Highway 62 in Charlestown across from River Ridge; bringing our total locations to eighteen,” said Bill Harrod, First Harrison Bank President. The Highway 62 branch is a new concept for First Harrison Bank with focus placed on electronic delivery of banking services and modern conveniences including a tech bar and electric vehicle charging station located in the parking lot.
First Harrison Bank is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays from 8:30 a.m
to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. This location currently has 4 full-time and 2 part-time employees. Starlight Coffee Co. is the bank’s in-house neighbor at this location as well as their Grant Line Road branch.
