NetGain Technologies Executive Workshop Offered to C-Suite

Lexington, Ky. (February 7, 2017)—As the I.T. systems supporting modern businesses become more complex, many members of the “C-suite”—CEOs, CFOs, COOs—recognize they do not comprehend the role of technology as a business driver. These leaders fear their current I.T. approach or, more specifically, their organization’s relationship with I.T., will not deliver the results they need to achieve their business objectives. The NetGain Technologies Executive Workshop uncovers gaps in a business’s current environment and delivers a roadmap to success, allowing the company’s leaders to gain clarity, confidence, and command of their I.T. management.

In development for decades, but formalized in 2016, the NetGain Technologies Executive Workshop is available as a new service offering in 2017. The workshop answers a common request by CEOs and CFOs for strategy sessions with NetGain’s consultants to build business processes. These business leaders wish to establish benchmarks and create measurement systems to gauge their processes.

“With our long focus on business consultation, we have a unique position in the managed I.T. services market,” Brendan Jacobson, President of the managed I.T. services company, said. “Not every company is a great fit for our services. We work well with fast-growing businesses whose business outcomes depend on secure, reliable, and efficient use of technology. Industries dependent on I.T. tend to see value in our business guidance. This workshop model developed as a result of hundreds of one-on-one consultation sessions with banks, health care organizations, manufacturers, and professional service providers.”

The NetGain Technologies Executive Workshop begins with separate surveys of the client’s staff and I.T. department. During the on-site workshop, NetGain’s business experts work with the client’s executive leaders to understand their relationship with I.T. They explore the role of technology in the company’s business processes. At the end of the session, the client receives a report documenting a straightforward plan to achieve the results they require. The workshop documentation also identifies appropriate costs for those services. Some businesses use the workshop’s findings to improve their internal capability to manage their I.T. efficiently. Others conclude some or all of their I.T. support and maintenance are better entrusted to a third-party provider. Either way, the executive team receives follow-up support from the workshop

presenter. Periodic accountability checks gauge progress toward goals identified during the workshop.

Companies wishing to schedule an Executive Workshop, or interested in additional information, may contact NetGain by telephone (844-77-SMART) or email (workshop@NetGainIT.com).
