Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass Elects Attorney Adam Smith to Board

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 6, 2017)—Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass recently elected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Adam Smith to its Board of Directors. 

Smith is a Member (Partner) with Stites & Harbison based in the Lexington, Ky., office.  He is a member of the Construction Service Group.  Smith’s litigation practice is focused on representing owners, contractors and subcontractors in construction disputes.  He has successfully advocated for and collaborated with clients across a wide range of businesses and industries.  He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.  In addition to commercial litigation, Smith has experience in practice areas that include white collar defense, securities litigation and regulatory compliance.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass is a chapter of the non-profit organization Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.  The organization’s goal is to provide children facing adversity with one-to-one relationships with volunteer mentors to help them reach their potential.
