Louisville, Kentucky (December 21, 2016) – Simply put, diversity isn't inclusion. Merely having a diverse environment makes little or no difference to the bottom line or overall employee morale if that environment is not truly inclusive. The Leadership Louisville Center will host a workshop titled, "Driving Business Results with Diversity & Inclusion" on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. The one-day workshop is part of the Leadership Green Room, a series of workshops providing critical skills and leadership development for the region’s talent, and is designed to help leaders, managers and first-time supervisors learn to leverage diversity and positively impact both business results and overall company culture.
This unique workshop will use professional actors to bring the learning to life.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Ruth LeStrange is a dynamic corporate trainer and executive coach with over 12 years’ experience in designing and delivering transformational programs in the corporate sector. She is known for bringing her authentic self and personal journey into everything she does – giving her a unique capacity to empower individuals toward taking steps in their own personal growth. She has worked with individuals at all levels – from the call center up to C-suite level.
Ruth has designed and delivered training programs to executive leadership teams throughout the United States, Canada, and the UK. Her clients include Rolls Royce, Coca Cola, BP, Direct Energy, Cisco, O2, Microsoft, the NBA and Aviva USA/Canada.
Ruth specializes in creating an engaging and interactive atmosphere, with a focus on taking leadership communication skills from theory to practice. She has a passionate belief in the power of honest communication to transform individuals and institutions. Her warm professionalism makes her a highly effective facilitator, whether in a large group setting or a 1-1 coaching session. Her clients enjoy improved interpersonal relationships, increased confidence, productivity, and executive visibility.
Ruth has a degree in Interpersonal Communication & Theatre Arts from Eastern Michigan University. She is a member of the ASTD, CSTD, and is a certified DISC practitioner.

The Leadership Green Room is a calendar of workshops produced by the Leadership Louisville Center that are designed to help leaders develop, practice and master the leadership trade. Just as actors visit "the green room" to prepare for their moment in the spotlight, this new set of training courses offers opportunities for individuals to execute at the highest level and enhance their professional capabilities for future success.
