Community Medical Center and CMC MediSpa Opens in Jeffersonville



NEW ALBANY, IN (October 21, 2016) – Community Medical Center (CMC) and CMC MediSpa celebrated its grand opening at their 2916 Peach Blossom Dr., Suite 101 location in Jeffersonville on October 21st with a ribbon cutting hosted by One Southern Indiana (1si). The event was attended by 1si Membership Relations Manager, Danny James; 1si Ambassadors and staff and the public.

CMC officially opened its 4400 sq. ft. facility on September 12, 2016. The company provides primary care, preventive care and Immunizations, wellness care and nutritional programs along with other services. CMC chose Jeffersonville because it felt the location was medically underserved and presented the greatest need for their services. They currently employ seven full time and one part-time position.

CMC provides a complete and comprehensive model of patient care that focuses on addressing patient needs “in house,” caring for CMC patients personally when they are admitted to the hospital and taking the lead in coordinating care outside of the facility when necessary. CMC blends the ethics of the past with the technology of the future to bring the practice of medicine to a higher, more accountable standard that produces real results.
