JEFFERSONVILLE, IN. (September 19, 2016) – Zaxby’s Restaurant celebrated its official grand opening at their 5430 E Hwy. 62 location in Jeffersonville, Monday, September 19 with a ribbon cutting hosted by One Southern Indiana (1si). The event was attended by Indiana State Senator Ron Grooms, Clark County Commissioner President Jack Coffman, 1si Membership Relations Manager, Danny James; 1si Ambassadors, staff and the public.

Zaxby’s newest 3200 sq. ft. location is owned by the Ayre Family. The River Ridge location has 60 employees, 20 full and 40 part-time. Founders are Gerry Ayres Sr., Todd Ayres and Gerry Ayres Jr. Their other locations are in Jeffersonville, New Albany and Indianapolis.

Zaxby’s is involved in the community and supports the Red Cross, local area schools and various other benefits.
Zaxby’s is open Monday through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Serving hand breaded chicken tenders and prepared to order fresh salads.
