The Leadership Green Room: Preparation is essential to every great performance.

Based on the latest in neuroscience research, this workshop developed and tested at Google offers attention and mindfulness training that builds the core emotional intelligence skills needed for peak performance and effective leadership.   The two-day, retreat-like experience is followed by four-weeks of recommended peer-to-peer practices to sustain learning and self-directed growth.  Search Inside Yourself provides: • A globally-popular, scientifically-proven program that offers mental conditioning and attention training   • Greater self-awareness, self-mastery, motivation and connection with others • Development of practices for healthy mental habits for more effective listening, empathy, creativity, communication and social skills
