The Junction at Copperfield Opens in Georgetown

GEORGETOWN, IN
(July 5, 2016) The Junction at Copperfield, a new “Farm-to-Table” restaurant in Georgetown, Ind., celebrated their grand opening on Friday, July 1st, with a ribbon cutting hosted by One Southern Indiana (1si). The event was attended by Indiana State Representative Ed Clere, 1si President and CEO, Wendy Dant Chesser, 1si staff, Ambassadors and the public.

The Junction at Copperfield, located at 1108 Copperfield Drive in Georgetown, was officially opened by founder Pam Beckman on December 1, 2015. The key ingredient as to what differentiates The Junction from other local restaurants is their presentation of always fresh, homemade food sourced from local producers. The Junction serves an array of menu items including: burgers, sandwiches, and soups.

Community is what you will find at The Junction at Copperfield. By serving a local farm-to-table menu, promoting area artists, and sharing the importance of local farmers, it allows the area to become more connected to the community and its farmers.

Following the grand opening, The Junction at Copperfield will expand their hours to Tuesday through Friday 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm.

ABOUT THE JUNCTION AT COPPERFIELD:
The Junction at Copperfield is committed to preparing and serving fresh, homemade food at an affordable price. It is our desire to use locally grown products from area farmers in such a way as to highlight the flavor of the food and bring recognition to those who work the field.

ABOUT ONE SOUTHERN INDIANA:
