Job Description:
1. Effectively implement science instruction and assessments as
assigned. This includes following the curriculum guide and teaching standards as outlined by the Indiana Department of Education and the Clarksville Community School Corporation.
2. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders regarding student performance.
3. Effectively monitor all student learning. This would include but is not limited to, observing and recording all student data related to classroom activities, providing intervention as indicated by the data and observations, communicating with stakeholders regarding student learning.
4. Effectively implement school and board adopted policies, procedures and practices.
5. Effectively assume the duties associated with classroom management and administration of the school (i.e. attendance records, grade reporting, lesson plans, parent communication, etc.).
6. Effectively implement other duties as assigned by the administration.
Experience Required:
Appropriate license issued by the State of Indiana to teach Biology and Anatomy and Physiology. Additional science and dual credit certification preferred
