Job Description:
Installed Sales Coordinator
PC Home Center is Kentuckiana’s largest locally owned Design Center, located in New Albany, Indiana selling to homeowners, designers, remodelers and builders. We are looking to add an Installed Sales Coordinator to our team. This professional needs to be well organized and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Coordination with independent subcontractors
• Maintain rapport with all installers and contractors by phone, email, or meetings.
• Monitor status of all installer’s insurance and licensing.
• Ensure that all installers fulfill company standards and code of conduct.
• Monitor and coordinate appropriate training for all installers.
• Work with Sales by providing labor estimates, necessary forms, possible added cost categories and any other needed materials.
• Schedule all projects, installs, deliveries and pick-ups.
• Coordinate installs with sales department, installers, customers and delivery.
• Ensures that all installed sales customers receive superior service.
Qualifications:
• Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient computer skills and scheduling skills
• Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Must be a self-starter, well organized and provide outstanding customer service.
