Event Description: Each year, we celebrate the birthday of William Culbertson with a magical evening in his magnificent home, inviting our community to experience the Culbertson like never before. And on February 3rd, a magical evening it will be! Join us for a private show by magician Richard E. Darshwood, an interactive entertainer with quite literally, a few tricks up his sleeve. His performance in New Albany’s Formal Parlor will be a delight you don’t want to miss... Guests will also witness the presentation of the annual Culbertson Mansion Benevolence Award, this year honoring Sally Newkirk & Pam Peters for their tireless and diligent efforts to advance our regional history. Enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and batch cocktails before ascending to the Mansion’s upper floors to marvel at the latest interior restoration. Reservations and advance payment are required! Because of the nature of performance for the magic show, only 50 tickets are available. Call 812-944-9600 to reserve. Tickets are $50 each, and includes all food, open bar, and the performance.
